I’m the blogger behind Top Mindful Notes.

I created this site to connect with like-minded people who want to become more mindful and start living a better life. Having dealt with depression and anxiety since I was in my 20’s, I’ve learned a thing or two that I’m happy to pass along to you. 

I share mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you get started on the journey to a better life. Let me show you how changing your life, for the better, is not that complicated and you CAN do it too.
